Associated Properties at 9515 Dyer Street, El Paso, Texas.

We rented with them for over a year and LOVED them. Great customer service. Love that after the 1 yr lease, our rent was month to month without having to sign anything, and no change in price. My husband is in the military, we have a 4 yr old, and 2 large dogs. The house we rented (Falkirk) is lovely, so spacious and has a huge yard. Great neighbors and such great schools in the area. Every time we called for anything, the ladies at Associated Properties answered with a smile and were so friendly. If we ever had an issue they were so helpful and understanding. We had a swamp cooler and when we starting having issues, instead of fixing it, they upgraded us to refrigerated air without raising our rent. I see a review about having to ask for a receipt. The one time I brought a payment, they gave me a receipt, no problem. After that, we always paid online or had a check automatically sent out to them. Before them, we were renting at Spring Park Apartments and it was the worst experience ever. They treated us so horribly and in the end they told us they only tolerated us living there because our lease was up soon. Took forever for them to send anyone out for repairs, whereas with Associated Properties, they would send someone out either same day or next to get repairs done. Very grateful to them for making us feel so at home here.
