My wife and I rate this place a solid 3.

A 3 because it is alright to live in, but there are some minor issues.

If you live on a first floor, then the neighbors above you might not be walking with heavy steps, but the floorboards are weak and will disrupt you.

If a neighbor is playing music loudly it is possible to hear, especially at night.

Some people complain about scorpions, but I haven't seen any. Maybe because I live on a second floor, I've only seen it downstairs at my neighbors.

We will be looking for other apartments but will stay if we can't find anything else.

The pool is actually quite nice and the club house is kept well.

There are laundry connections in the apartments, but if you don't have the machines you can use the laundromat at the club house for 1.50 a wash/dry.

It's close to many things, and the highway is only 3-5 minutes away, so just hop on there and go anywhere else !
